The USACE/FEMA Disaster Response Temporary Roof Repair Contractor Management System was developed from our Construction Management Systems©.  The inter-relational database structure and program interface was developed to assist with rapid multi-task operations by multiple users in a disaster situation.

Computer skills required by the end-user are simple. Minimal training is required by the end-user.
